Our principles
According to its articles of association, the club aims are:
- The systematic cultivation and development of the athletes’ potential in sailing
- The training, education and sporting of its members according to the principles of sportsmanship
- Organization of regattas
- Participation of its members in regattas
- The realization of theoretical and practical lessons, exercises and seminars for the dissemination of the sailing sport
- To spread the love for the sea and sailing.
Our actions
Our adventure commences in 1986 when the Offshore Sailing was still our sole activity. Later, in 1989, our club was recognized by the Greek Sailing Federation.
Our main offices are in Zefiros, next to Rhodes New Marina. They feature modern facilities and training classes for the theoretical lessons. Also, we have offices in Mandraki Marina, where our member’s yachts are docked.
The events of our Club, both athletic as well as cultural and social have been recognized as an important part of the cultural activity of our island.
The Offshore Yachting Club of Rhodes and its member are always willing to serve and we are open to working together for the development of sailing and sportsmanship.

Our facilities
Our facilities are in Zefiros, next to Rhodes New Marinas. There, the events, the seminars and theoretical part of the training take place.
The Club, also, holds an office in the marina of Mandraki, where the skippers meetings and other events take place.
